Shipping Policy




  1. Processing Time
    Every item is custom-made to order. Processing time is 1–3 business days to allow for 3D printing, finishing, packaging, and quality checks. During high-volume periods, production may take longer, but we will always keep you updated.

  2. Shipping Time
    Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • U.S. orders: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs)
    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carriers sometimes face weather or route delays outside our control.

  1. Tracking Orders
    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your item, check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 days, contact us at info@stashlab3d.com for assistance.

  2. Shipping Carriers
    We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on your location and order size for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

  3. Incorrect Addresses
    Please double-check your shipping address before confirming checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@stashlab3d.com. We can update it if the order has not shipped yet.

  4. Damaged or Lost Packages
    If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and product within 3 days of delivery and send them to info@stashlab3d.com. We will review and replace or refund as needed. If your order is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and keep you updated.

  5. International Orders and Customs
    International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees. These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Local Pickup
    We currently do not offer local pickup, but we are working on bringing that option for North Carolina customers soon.
