By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to follow the terms below. We’ve kept things straightforward — no corporate nonsense, just the rules that keep business fair for both sides.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All products are designed, printed, and packaged with care — but you understand that 3D printing can create small variations from one product to another. That’s part of what makes each piece unique.

3. Products & Pricing

Every product on our site is a custom-made item.
Designs, materials, and colors may vary slightly from the images shown due to lighting, filament variations, and print differences.
Prices and availability may change without notice — but we’ll always honor the price at the time of your order.

Custom orders and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order with us, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
If something seems off (like suspicious activity or repeated chargebacks), we may cancel or refuse an order to protect both parties.

Payments are processed securely through our trusted partners (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). We never store or have access to your credit-card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.
Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, tracking updates will come directly from the carrier.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other factors outside our control — but if your order goes missing, contact us and we’ll help track it down.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products.
If there’s an issue with your order, email info@stashlab3d.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, graphics, and text on this site belong to StashLab3D LLC.
You can’t copy, resell, or redistribute any designs, digital files, or product photos without written permission.

8. Liability

We do our best to ensure every product is safe and accurate, but StashLab3D LLC is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages from use or misuse of our products. Use them responsibly and as intended.

9. Privacy & Data

Your information is protected.
We only collect what we need to process your orders and keep you updated. We don’t sell or share your data — ever. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
